This was a perfect cottage in excellent condition for a family escape to Cornwall during the school holidays. The home was in excellent condition with fantastic living space, plenty of bathrooms, wonderful bedrooms and a top notch kitchen. Views were amazing and walks from there excellent. The perfect apartment. The interior is gorgeous, with lots of luxurious touches (eg two dishwashers!). The AGA was down so we had access to a hotplate and air fryer which were brand new and incredibly easy to use. Comfy beds, great drying facilities and a private garden. But the defining feature of this place is the breathtaking view. It’s difficult to be able to watch a sunset when you have small children but I managed it. Thank you Ros and team for a wonderful stay. Highly recommend the Atlantic for a fabulous meal nearby but make sure you book ahead. Sophie, Aug, 2024

This is a lovely ground floor flat with superb access directly down the steps to Polzeath Beach. Ros was very responsive, and the whole existing was seamless for our family of 5. I would highly recommend. Tom. Aug, 2023

The location is great and the house is very well outfitted with a fully stocked kitchen. Fantastic view. The only thing that would be nice is an outdoor faucet/shower to clean up after the beach. But we had a fantastic stay. Thanks.Justin. Aug, 2023

We had a fabulous week in Polzeath. It was the ultimate beach experience with amazing restaurants, incredible walks and nothing can emphasis how incredible it was being just across from the beach.
