Craig Var is a spacious Family House and Cottage overlooking Beach and Sea in New Polzeath

On the first floor the accommodation consists of two double bedrooms, one twin, a double bunk room, bathroom with shower and a separate loo. On the second floor there is one double bedroom with panoramic views, a twin bedroom and a separate bathroom/loo. On the ground floor there is a large shower/laundry room and wetsuit drying area with underfloor heating and a separate loo. In addition there is an outside privvy. The kitchen and living area, with stunning views of the sea through sliding picture windows, are open plan. The self catering kitchen is well equipped for large groups and has recently been upgraded with two large fridges and a range cooker. Craig Var is spacious enough for several families to enjoy their holiday together and yet at the same time maintain their independence. Craig Var is a much loved family home and has been in the family since the late 1960's, and where four generations of the same family have spent some truly memorable holidays.
Dogs (max 2) are welcome @ £24 per dog, although they are not allowed on the beach during the summer months.
Please note there is now complimentary wifi in Craig Var. There is no TV in the house or the cottage. Hire Linen and Towels with beds made up for arrival can be supplied @ £23 per person - or if you prefer you can bring your own linen and towels .
