Thank you for a lovely relaxing stay. Perfect location, very near to Rock bakery, and on the edge of the beautiful St Enodoc golf course leading to Rock beach and Daymer Bay. We enjoyed fabulous walks along the coast path to Polzeath, also the Rumps at Pentire and Trebarwith Strand. Excellent food at St Kew Inn as recommended, thank you!  Heather. Oct, 2024

Excellent location. Lovely spacious cottage. We had an excellent fortnight. The kitchen is a little tired as are the bathrooms but the rainfall shower above the bath was great. Lovely garden a real sun trap in the mornings. Its a 20 minute walk to the ferry to Padstow. A few minutes walk to the bakers, excellent butchers and well stocked grocery store amongst other independent shops. Would definately stay again. Peter. Aug, 2024

Lovely home centrally located in Rock. Close to everything yet peaceful, away from the busy street. Delicious coffee and food a short walk away. The house itself was very comfortable for our family and dog. We loved the garden. Sian. Aug, 2024

Really brilliant Rock location. The cottage was close to everything and in a very nice and charming part of town. Cottage was also was immaculately clean. Would definitely stay again. Erena. Aug, 2024

We had a great stay in this spacious and comfortable house. We enjoyed walking to port hilly beach and through the golf course to Daymer Bay. Our teenage daughters had brilliant time bodyboarding at Polzeath. All in all we found it an excellent location Great bakery and chip shop within walking distance too. We appreciated Martin calling by to check that everything was okay. We really enjoyed our week. Thanks for everything. Helen. Aug, 2024

We originally booked specifically because of attendance at a course locally, but plans changed and we used the location to explore all over Cornwall, so we weren't there much. But the house and bedrooms were very comfortable. We didn't cook - though everything was there if we had wanted to - and we also didn't get a chance to enjoy the gardens since the weather was iffy. The owner also came around and introduced himself, which was helpful. John. July, 2024

Great location, 5 mins walk to butchers, bakers and small store. 15 mins walk to harbour. Restaurants great (except upper deck which is a bit expensive for ok food). Garden is fully enclosed which was great to relax in with the dog 😃 Denise. June, 2024

Very convenient location and spacious accommodation. Anne. June, 2024

Ros was great and really communicative. Helped at every step of the way. Thanks for a great couple of days. Oliver. May, 2024

Great place to stay, close to the restaurants, ferry and beach, but completely private and tucked away. Comfortabe, spacious accomodation, very clean and exactly as described. Amanda. Sept, 2023

Really lovely stay. Welcomed by host, owner and neighbours. Great location with local shops and short walk to the beach. Claire. Sept, 2023

We had a great time here in Cornwall, would definitely stay again! Barbara. Aug, 2023

A lovely little cottage in a good location near to a great bakery and chippy. Manageable walk down to the harbour. Furniture was a little dated and the bathroom doors could do with locks on but all in all a nice little place. Tim. Aug, 2023

Thank you, we have had a lovely time! Charlotte. July, 2023

Hi Ros Thanks for another great stay in Cornwall, lovely little house. No. 3 menague was a good house for a stay in North Cornwall, really well located between Rock and Polzeath,it was well stocked with all the usual items. Plus side having 2 bathrooms and enclosed private garden, negative side was not having any drying area or outside tap for wet suits. Would 100% stay here again. Suzie. July, 2023

Lovely little spot with great garden and very accessible to both Rock and Polzeath. Sarah. July, 2023

10 out of 10, we had a fantastic time. Richard. July, 2023

Great place to stay in the centre of Rock. Easy walk to local shops, small beaches and not too far to walk to Rock beach. Very light and airy space and perfect for our kids and dog with an enclosed garden. Really quiet and lovely surrounding gardens. Two spots for parking - our car is quite big so we parked in the courtyard but reasonable sized space in the garage for a normal car. Host popped by to say hello - really friendly. I’d recommend. Helen. May, 2023

Perfect Easter break. Location was spot on for the local shops and a walk to Rock. The communal gardens allowed for us to do an Easter egg hunt with my daughter and friends. The house itself is a little tired but it didn’t detract from the cosiness and it had everything we needed. It was always lovely and warm when we came back so perfect for this time of year. We would definitely return. Catherine. April 2023

Wonderful stay, absolutely beautiful location. Walking distance to shops and beaches. Friendly neighbours. Lovely bird and wild life. Greeted with flowers - made us feel right at home. Fully equipped kitchen which even had baking equipment. Very amenable host. Everything as listed. All in all 100 % and highly recommended. Lauren. Nov, 2022

Beautiful little cottage - perfect for 4 adults and 2 furry friends. The cottage was well provisioned. Check in and communication was very easy. Martin was brilliant in helping out with any issues we had. Location great and easy to walk out in all directions. Daymer Bay is a dog friendly beach which isn’t too far from the property. we loved the area and the cottage was brilliantly located for some lovely walks.. thanks so much for everything!”Everything was clean and easy to use. The most wonderful week spent in this lovely house, thank you. Alfie caught his first wave, Mia ate Cornwall out of chocolate ice cream (and sand !) and the weather was perfect - we would love to return. Kate, 2021

Great cottage, great location, definitely be back very soon. The Farmer Family, 2021

Great cottage, great location. Lovely dog walks, the butcher and  baker are great, definitely book again, thank you. We visited Padstow which was lovely, but the peace and tranquility in Rock was so much better. Howard, 2021

We've had a lovely holiday - great house. So many lovely beaches, we've swam, kayaked and bodyboarded on lots of them. Rock and Polzeath are great .... Cycling the Camel Trail was great too. We went to see Doc Martin in Port Isaac (he wasnt in but perhaps he was out on call ?!) Thank you. Sharon.

Home from Home. Brilliant base, great location and weather not half bad !  Rock and Padstow are lovely and Polzeath Beach for surfing is tremendous. We'll be back !   Carlos
